An LH517 underground loader bucket had sustained significant wear to wear packages and pin bores, reducing digging performance and risking further structural damage.
Scope of Work
Full bucket refurbishment including new wear packages, line boring of pin bores and re-bushing.
The Solution
NLC Engineering refurbished the bucket in workshop with new wear packages, line bored the pin bores back to specification and fitted new bushes.

Assessment, wear package replacement, line boring, re-bushing, inspection.
The Outcome
Bucket returned to service with restored digging performance at a fraction of the cost of a new bucket.
