To manufacture a replacement mining component, NLC Engineering can work from several sources of information: a manufacturing drawing, a CAD model, a physical sample, a worn or broken part, or photographs with key measurements and material details.
The more information you can provide, the faster and more accurate the result. Where no drawing exists, our reverse engineering process measures the sample or worn part, identifies the material, and produces a manufacture-ready model. From there, CNC machining produces the replacement locally.
